In unit laundry & dishwasher included.The spaceThe unit was designed and constructed by the owner/architect in 2020 and finished in March of 2021. It is located in the Country Club Pines neighborhood of Wilmington, on a site that hosted some of the first Azalea Festival garden tours beginning in the 1940's. Inside the unit, there is an open living room with big screen TV, and a comfortable hanging chair by the corner picture windows for reading and calming. Some books and games are available in the unit for guest use. There are two private bedrooms, one with a King bed & the second with two twins.A queen sleeper couch is located in the living room. Coffee and Tea are supplied in the unit, as well as basic cooking essentials. A pack 'n play portable crib is available upon request.Guest accessGuests have access to the entire 2nd level apartment and two parking spaces. (one covered). More parking may be available upon request. There is also a modest outdoor area with seating.Other things to notePlease keep your cars and any other valuables not inside the apartment, locked up and secure. Arrangements can be made with me to store items in the ground floor garage if required.

The two front bedrooms are furnished with a King bed in one bedroom and two long twin beds in the other. The twins bedroom has a Roku TV for added entertainment value. A full bath in the hallway across from the kitchen area is convenient to both of these bedrooms as well as the main area of the condo. The common area floor plan is open and roomy with adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas. The living room features comfortable furnishings with a couch, recliners, huge ceiling fan and a 55" intelligent TV, stereo and DVD player. The kitchen/dining area has a dining table with seating for six and additional seating for four at the raised bar. The kitchen is completely-outfitted and includes dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full-size refrigerator and range.The condo has central heat & air throughout for seasonal comfort. There is a full-sized washer and dryer located in the hallway bath.This condo is ideal for a golf or beach getaway. Sunset Beach is a short drive (4 1/2 miles) and is an unspoiled island with soft white sand. Sandpiper Bay Golf Course is on-site and offers 27 holes for golfers to discover!
