This townhouse is completely furnished and equipped with a kitchen(dishes, pots & pans, microwave, coffee pot, stove, oven and dishwasher), dining area, living room with a TV and VCR and/or DVD player, and a washer and dryer.Prices include bed and bath linens, departure cleaning, utilities, WiFi, and condo parking. The Resort Village Activity Center has a outdoor and indoor pool, a kiddie pool, a hot tub, and a workout room that are all available to guests for an additional fee that is NOT included in your rental prices.For Golfers, Sea Trail features 3 Championship golf courses. The Myrtle Beach area has more than 100 golf courses to call for a tee time!!For Beach lovers, you are just a few mins. away from Sunset's sandy beaches.
