It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with 1 King bed and attached bathroom with shower/tub combination, the other room with 2 Queen beds also with an attached bathroom with walk-in shower, creating two "master" bedrooms! The huge living space features an open-concept kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen features a sizable island with 4 bar stools. seamlessly flowing through to the dining area seating 6 more, then continuing to the living area with a sectional couch. This floor has a 65" TV with swivel mount to position for simple viewing, plus streaming services! Laundry is located on the interior of this home. Additional Shared Spaces-There is an outdoor shower at the rear of the home that can be shared between the three units, along with a hose to wash feet before trekking sand inside!Parking- There is enough room to park 2 cars at this home. Parking is in the driveway directly to the left side of the home. You will park one car in front of the other. Keyless Entry-Guests will be supplied a door code for entry. This first floor, 3-Bedroom oceanfront condo sleeps 10 comfortably with a king in the master bedroom, queen with a full trundle in the 2nd bedroom and a queen in the 3rd bedroom. There is a sleeper couch in the living room to provide additional sleeping space. Wake up to the handsome ocean vistas from the master bedroom balcony and savor coffee and breakfast on the roomy covered deck. The Boardwalk is a short 5 min. walk, only 4 blocks away. Pool is officially open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. It is typically opened earlier and later but please ask first. Linens and towels are supplied. Condo is equipped with a video doorbell for an added layer of security.Parking - Unit only accepts two (2) cars and can only park one car in the B bay under the condo. Parking is tight especially during the prime season. The middle bays are for the 2nd car. Each car must display contact placard included in condo with the phone you will be carrying in case your car needs to be moved. If you have 2 cars, the suggestion would be to try and park in one of the middle bays that can only fit 2 cars and designate 1 car as the main transportation source for the week and try and use Uber or walk as much as possible to avoid having to play musical cars the entire week.

The SeaWitch has great food & live music. Nollies Tacos are a unique and fun way to experience Mexican food. The fenced-in BACKYARD is great for kids.  There is even a retractable gate at the bottom of the stairs at the pool area to keep little ones safe from playing on the steps. Cool off in the delightful saltwater POOL, lounge in a chaise or just hang out at the bar, seating area or outdoor table located on the POOLSIDE COVERED PATIO which also features a 60" TV & Bluetooth Speakers. FIREPIT is available Sep - May. Pool toys and lawn games including a soccer ball, football, cornhole, badminton and other outdoor games are supplied in the outdoor storage box to enjoy a little competition. Pool heat is available Mar, Apr, Sept & Oct (Mar & Nov weather permitting) at an additional charge and paid directly to the owner. The OUTDOOR SHOWER with Hot/Cold water is convenient for washing off the sand before you enter the home or pool and has COMPLIMENTARY shampoo & conditioner. There is a basket of sand toys located there for the little ones to enjoy playing in the ocean sand. There is an outdoor gathering area in the CARPORT with a porch swing and Adirondack chairs to enjoy the shade and ocean breezes and a great rainy-day location for cornhole and other games. You can bring your own sheets and towels, or rent them from Sharon's Linens on Oak Island (if you do this, we've heard that Sharon's can be sold out in peak season, so contact them early).All bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans. The ceiling fan/light in the living room is operated by remote control.The property includes a Roku TV and high-speed Internet access and WiFi.This is a pet friendly property with a max. of 2 family pets allowed (dogs only, owner is allergic to cats). Dogs must weigh under 100 lbs and there is a non-returnable pet fee of $120. Owners must clean up the yard after their pets! Please clean furnishings is there is an ample amount of hair as well.The deck has a gas grille, plus the table and chairs to appreciate your morning coffee or evening drink. There's a wagon to haul your gear over to the beach. And there's a hose available to wash all those things down when you come back from the beach.An ice shack is two blocks away to fill your cooler.
