The front porch, deck, courtyard, and private pool areas offer great outdoor space for appreciating coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening, as well as a great place to soak up the sun or lounge in the shade! All of historic downtown Wilmington is an painless walk from the home. There is off-street parking for two cars. All linens and towels are supplied, including pool and beach towels. Modest gatherings are allowed, but we ask that you inform us first if anyone not staying at the home is coming over. The home is in a residential neighborhood and we ask that our guests be courteous of our neighbors. Therefore, we don’t allow groups of more than 12 and ask hosts to monitor noise levels, particularly after 9:00pm.
