Home was entirely remodeled in 2021!!!! Home has top of the line kitchen, dining, great room/family room with open concept design. Dining table seats 8 comfortably and 4 can eat at enormous kitchen island. Front porch has phenomenal vistas of ocean and enough seating for whole family to sit outside and appreciate! Beach access is directly across the street from the property for painless beach days spent appreciating the waves and salty air. Community pool is directly behind home for fast, simple access to swim. Home has tons of outdoor space to spread out and savor the summer breeze. There is also a nice outdoor shower to enjoy after your day on the beach. Outdoor gas grille, seating area with TV, and dining table located under the home.

Brand new kitchen complete with cabinets, quartz countertops, and all new stainless appliances. New floor, new windows, new woodwork, new shiplap....there is no surface that has not been touched in this home.
Two master bedrooms on main floor, both with King size beds. These two rooms both connect to a bathroom that has been upfitted. Stairway to the upstairs area overlooks the Family/great room space for an open and airy feel. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs complete with queen size bed and twin bunkbeds in each bedroom. Both of these bedrooms have private bathrooms that have also been upfitted.

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Ingram Planetarium and Planet Fun. Get the most from your rental home budget:

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a excellent time? Most rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
