To the left there is a second hallway that leads to the two sound side guest bedrooms and the newly updated hall bathroom. At the end of the hall you will find a full bathroom that serves the guest rooms and features a tub, shower, and impressive vanity with granite counter tops. Just down the main hallway you will be welcomed by the excellent great room that features an open concept kitchen, living, and dining area. The entire condo has been updated with beautiful ceramic tile floors that boast an chic wood grain finish and granite counter tops. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are stringently enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made.
