Home includes an elevator from parking level / basement level to the main floor.The moment you come upstairs to the main level, you'll be enthralled by the vistas from every window and the brand new modern decor. The living room is newly outfitted with two sets of sliding doors to create a wall of glass that will leave you feeling like you're sitting on a cruise ship. We know you'll appreciate making memories with your adored ones here whether you're scouting the horizon for our friendly dolphin friends as they swim by or appreciating family movie nighttime on the brand new LG TV.Want to spread out a bit? Check out our second story loft balcony - a ideal spot for reading where you can relax on the adore seat or play PacMan.Our kitchen is equipped with all the basics you need to prepare meals with your family and share your adventures around the dining room table, all while taking in the handsome ocean vistas. This Ocean Front condo underwent a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel in 2019 and has all new paint and decor as of January 2023! The white, all wood cabinetry and the quartz countertops brighten up the condo! There is also ample storage in the pantry with pull out drawers. And all kitchen appliances are new as of 2018. We refreshed to a tankless water heater in 2019 so there is no fear of running out of hot water. It also accepts for tons of storage in the bathroom.It is elegantly decorated and has all the amenities of home. Appreciate a cup of coffee in the morning on your private deck with a fantastic ocean and pier view. This unit also has a terrific view of the pool and is very close to the beach access. And because OIB faces south you can appreciate both the sunrise and the sunset on the private deck. Staying at OC110 over July 4th also offers you a front row seat to the fireworks display that takes place at the pier next door.The master suite features a queen bed with foam topper and a whirlpool tub with ceramic tile surround. Four levels with an elevator, designed for relaxation and inspiration. Pie Seas sleeps up to 14 and is your base camp for family, friends, and fun. Just a short walk to the beach to get your daily dose of vitamin D or take a walk-up to the top-level observation deck to do the same. You will find a beach wagon in the ground level closet by the front door to wheel the chairs, umbrella, and beach toys we have supplied to play in the sand.The ground level features a game room with foosball table, board games, puzzles, and a enormous flat screen TV to hang with should afternoon showers keep you inside. This ground floor also has a full bedroom with bathroom and a pull-out couch to sleep four on this level.Just a short elevator ride or up one flight of stairs, you will be in the main living area. In Carolina Beach, leashed family pets are allowed on the beach before 9am and after 5pm from April 1 - September 30, and they are always allowed during the off season.

We often get unexpected rain showers on the coast, so we also recommend packing an umbrella or rain jacket. If you will have more than one car, we recommend grabbing a spot in the Wilmington Convention Center parking garage located right next-door. Daily prices in the garage depend on season/events.SafetyNearby lake/riverOur villas are securely tied to a floating dock, which does not have railings. There are railings on the front and upstairs patio/balconies, and kids should be supervised at all times while in the marina. Swimming is not allowed in the Cape Fear River due to the dangerous current.Potential for noiseLocated next-door to Marina Grille & Live Oak Bank Amphitheater, live music can often be heard from our dock and patios. Military planes are also often heard flying overhead during the day. Guests have noted however, that our villas are very well insulated and stay peaceful inside.Additional Rules-No flushing of anything other than natural waste and septic safe toilet paper (included)-Kids under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times while in the marina-Absolutely no swimming allowed - the current in the Cape Fear River is strong and dangerous-No smoking or illicit drugsCheck in method: Specific directions including getting to the marina, gate & door codes and wifi information will be messaged to you the morning of your stay.House Manual:-HVAC remotes must be pointed at the unit on the ceiling when changing temperature/settings. The ceiling unit should beep when you press buttons.-Breaker boxes/switches can be found in the closet to the left of the front door, as well as on the pedestal on the dock in front of your villa-Internet is included by the Verizon boxes typically located in the upstairs living area. If your internet is not working, please locate the black box, unplug it, and plug it back in. Once the light stops blinking, it should be reconnected to the internet.Other Details to Note:Villas are permanently docked and not able to be taken out onto the river.
