Our bright, inviting, and freshly refreshed home is tucked away in a peaceful residential neighborhood. Just steps to both the Inter-coastal Waterway and spectacular walkover to the beach. You’ll be a short distance to all the local eateries, stores, grocery stores, parks, and beaches (under 5 min drive). The home is also a fast drive (15 mins) to Southport where you’ll find more eateries and stores as well as ferries to Bald Head Island and Fort Fisher. Come appreciate the beach at our home! This elegantly furnished 6-bedroom, 3 bath single family home has unobstructed vistas of the ocean and a roof top deck that offers expansive vistas of the beach. The broad outdoor space is ideally suited for grilling out, entertaining family, or a game of corn hole. The private road with no public parking will make you feel as though you have the beach to yourself and there is a semi-private path that leads to the least busy part of the island. This home has a lot to offer! The first living level features a additional living space that includes a queen sleeper couch. The living room is outfitted with a enormous flatscreen TV that includes basic cable service and some streaming channels. The first guest room is furnished with a pyramid bunk bed (twin over full) and includes a twin-size trundle bed to accommodate additional guests.
