Nice furnishings, wood, granite, tile. Lower level has bedroom with queen bed (twin sleeper chair) and full bath with tub/shower. Main floor has sizable living room with sleeper couch and a appreciate seat. There is no bedroom on main living floor. Kitchen, half bath and laundry room with washer and dryer on main floor. Upstairs has a "kids room" with twin over full bunk with twin trundle. This room sleeps 4 and has a full bath with tub/shower. Kids room has a intelligent tv. Primary suite- king bed, twin daybed, private balcony, bathroom has a huge whirlpool tub and shower. Ground floor has queen bed and a twin sleeper chair. Outdoor shower and ground floor entrance through gate on side of home. NO cable tv. Driveway parking for 2-3 cars only. No on street parking. Unfortunately due to cleaning procedures I cannot offer early check in or late check out during PEAK summer season. Don't hesitate to ask if you have requests for your stay. We are Unit B (South Unit), a 2200 sf duplex with 3 living floors. Elevator with carport access.Top floor has two king master suites. One oceanside with king bed and beachfront balcony and a second master suite with king bed. Third floor kitchen has breakfast bar and sizable island, enormous dining area, half bath, and beachfront living area with 43" flat screen. Bottom floor has two queen bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 sets of full size twin bed bunk beds, huge full bath, and laundry closet. Five flat screen TVs: 43 in main living area, 40' in both master bedrooms, 32 inch in one queen rooms. and 40 inch in the second queen bedroom. Granite countertops, wood floors, and luxury vinyl planks in all bedrooms. Carolina Beach is on an island. As such, we are at the end of the line when it comes to internet access, cable TV, phone, electric and the like. There may be interruption to utilities which are beyond our control. If your vacation trip is dependent upon having ideal internet access, then you may need to look somewhere other than Carolina Beach. We experience intermittent internet outage as did most customers on the island.Located within walking distance to downtown eateries, bars, stores and summertime beachfront amusement park. Downtown Carolina Beach is .50 mile north either by street or beach. Near Fort Fisher State Park and Southport Ferry. Parking for four cars. This is a non-smoking beachfront property and family pets are not allowed. No events are allowed. The white sandy beach is just over the dunes and ideal for swimming, surfing, paddle boarding, body boarding, building a sand castle or relaxing. The pool area offers lounge chairs and shaded tables with bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Barbecue grilles are also available. Secure area for bicycles.Our condo is located on the first floor on the parking lot side of the building but on the second floor on the ocean/pool side. You will have to enter the main door of the condo building for entry into the unit. There is shrubbery and landscaping so there is no noise from the parking lot. The ocean is literally steps away from your door. What's also really impressive about Station One is the walk ability to Wrightsville Beach's eateries and Roberts Grocery store just 1 block from the condo. Be sure to discover Tower 7 Mexican Grille, King Neptunes or South Beach Grille for dinner options. Grab a coffee at Adapt Kitchen or a fast lunch at the famed Trolley Stop hot dog shack. Coffee and smoothies are right across the street at The Workshop. For exercise enthusiasts, the 2.45 mile sidewalk known as "the loop" is the place to go! The loop will circle the beach and interior sections of the island. There is no gym on the premises. Inside, you will savor comfortable seating in the living room with a sizable TV, Wi-Fi, and plenty of books. The kitchen opens up the the living room, breakfast bar and dining room table. The balcony has four Adirondack chairs for viewing of sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen is entirely equipped including a coffee maker and Keurig. Various assortment of coffee is supplied.The master bedroom sleeps 2 in a new king bed. It has sliding door access to the balcony ideal for morning coffee and the sound of the waves. It also has a TV. The second bedroom has two new twin beds. min. occupants allowed is 4 people. (Strictly enforced) No kids under the age of 10. Kids under the age of 10 must be pre-approved in writing prior by owner to book a stay along with more than 4 occupants. We reserve the right to refuse check-in with no refund if guests arrive with more than 4 occupants and kids under 10 years of age.Two full bathrooms were completely modernized in February 2019 and give everybody access to showers. Linens, bath and beach towels supplied.Within a few steps down the street, many eateries await you including a coffee shop and many local eateries. Menus and suggestions can be found in the condo. You will find everything you need close by as you are in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. Coin operated washing machines and dryers are located on each floor of the condo complex. There is not a washer and dryer inside the unit. There is also 24 hour security on the premises.No family pets of any kind, smoking and vaping allowed on the property. This is stringently enforcement.The pool opens mid to late April and is typically open through October 31st. Times may vary based on the weather. The pool is not heated. There is no hot tub / hottub. Tennis and pickleball courts have been refreshed and are open.Four beach chairs and a wagon are included.We pride ourselves on being available and accommodating our guests needs during their stay day or nighttime.

Our condo is top floor with a fantastic ocean view and only a couple of mins. walk to the beach! The living room and master bedroom are both on the front of the unit facing with a double size deck that looks out over the beach and ocean. The guest bedroom and kitchen both look over the deck,salt water pool, and intracoastal waterway! The neighbors are a combination of locals who live in their units and many are also renters like you so everybody is friendly and happy to be at the beach! Join us!
