Appreciate the sweeping and commanding vistas up and down the coastline from the porch, the main living area, and the primary bedroom. The private walkway provides direct access to a uniquely private section of Kure Beach, far from busy parking tons and public beach access points. Unit A is the top floor of the duplex. It is the owners' residence for part of the year. It features curved vaulted beams in the main living area and a wall of east-facing glass. There is a enormous wraparound deck accessible from the living/dining area as well as the primary bedroom. The decks overlook the ocean and a sizable patio area. The kitchen features a huge island with seating for six, Viking professional stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, two ovens, and a scullery. The private elevator takes you from the ground floor up to the top floor. The deck off of the living room is 12 feet wide and 40 feet long. Sun Bum at William & Mary is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 3rd floor oceanfront condo in Carolina Beach, ideal for a family of 6. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are oceanfront. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is well equipped for preparing those family meals. The first bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with adjoining full bath. The master bedroom is street side, has a queen bed, adjoining private bath and vistas of the sound. Sit outside on the oceanfront deck to get a dose of fresh air and savor the exceptional view. A private walkover to the beach and an outside shower are located at the rear of the building. There is assigned parking underneath the building for one car and an additional parking space is located in the concrete lot across the street. This is a non-smoking unit. No family pets allowed. At this time the Washer and Dryer will not be available. This complex is located just seven blocks north of the Boardwalk area in downtown Carolina Beach. You are walking distance to stores, eateries and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Watch the fishermen come in with the catch of the day at the marina or dine out with the family.

There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pool pump is running and typically the pump does not run at nighttime due to time schedule.*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31*. If you want us to attempt to heat the pool during this time we can for a cost of $75 per day for your entire stay, but once again, we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures.The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:If your check in date is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole home linen and towel rental fee. The Continental Condominiums offers our guests 27 comfortable, individually owned units that are managed as vacation units available for short-term as well as off-season monthly stays. Located on Sunset Beach and just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean accepts for a simple walk to the Sunset Beach Pier for fishing, or just to spend the day on the area's best beach strand. When you are done at the beach, savor our outdoor pool for a lap or two (mid-April through late-September based on the weather). You'll find a local market and stores next door to us. Wi-Fi available, On-site Shared Laundry Facility, and on-site grilles for cooking that fresh caught fish. Non-smoking.Golf carts are not allowed at the Continental Motel.
