You have an open floorplan with plenty of seating and dining options. The kitchen has all you will need and a huge peninsula with bar seating. The dining table can fit everybody for a meal or set up for a game nighttime! Right past the half bath, this all opens up to the living area that has a humongous sectional couch, SmartTV, and chair so everybody has space to kick back and relax after a long day on the beach!Through the living room you will find an upsized back deck that is great year round! It has a dining and seating area and great vistas out back to a natural area before the intracoastal. It is cavernous and partial covered so you can appreciate it with the entire crew!As you make your way upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, all with their own SmartTVs. Also on this floor you have two more decks! One that has some cool hammock chairs and the other with the BEST view -overlooking the natural area to the intracoastal! The pimary suite has a King bed and ensuite with a sizable walk-in shower. One of the other bedrooms host a Queen bed, while the other has a bunk with a Full and Twin. These secondary bedrooms share another full bath on that hall. On the ground floor the experience continues...you can walk 2mins over to the beach or just savor the home! We have a grille, picnic table, patio, outdoor shower, lawn games, and more!! You can set up and enjoy a meal down there or just hang out while the family or pets run around. This striking four-bedroom home is in a great location!! It is located on the second row beachfront at a public beach access and a public sound access. It is two blocks from the town center. You can savor an simple walk to multiple eateries and stores.The condo was entirely remodeled in 2014-2015. Our family lived in the condo from 2018-2020, and did further updates.The first floor has a family room and kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There are 2 decks with ocean vistas. There is parking for 4 cars in the carport. Please come and appreciate South Lumina Escape. We take reservations all year, but during the summer months we have a seven nighttime minimum. You can rent from a Friday to Friday during the summer months. During the off season, reservations are very flexible, but require a 3 nighttime minimum.

Welcome to our striking guest home in historic Carolina Place! The home has been freshly refreshed and has plenty of seating, a completely supplied kitchen & coffee bar. Upstairs is a bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom & laundry. This extraordinary location is a short drive to downtown and is walkable to the bars, eateries & stores in the Cargo District! We are dog friendly, but need to approve ahead of time. Let us know if you are planning to bring a dog, we allow up to 2 for a $75 pet fee per dog.We've tried to make every aspect of this place as comfortable for guests as possible! The living room has a 55 inch TV, board games for you to savor, and plenty of blankets and pillows. The kitchen has all of the essentials you'd need for cooking including olive oil and seasonings. The entirely outfitted coffee bar is complete with coffee, creamer, sugar and flavor syrups. The bedroom has a king size bed, black out curtains, and a storage area for your clothes. You'll also have access to a washer and dryer in the bathroom.You'll appreciate the Carolina Place neighborhood. Wallace Park is right down the street and is a great place for a walk if you are travelling with a pet. The cargo district with all of it's bars, eateries, and stores is just a short walk away, and you can comfortably get to downtown in a short drive.Guests will have access to the entire guest home including the patio, and will be able to check in with the key pad. We have a locked owner's cabinet in the bathroom for our storage, but otherwise you'll be able to use everything in the home. Parking is available in the driveway right in front of the guest home. We do live in the main home, but will not interact with you during your stay unless you need something.We do welcome up to 2 dogs during your stay. The first pet fee of $75 will be charged automatically at booking, so please message us directly if you are bringing a second as we'll send the $75 additional pet fee separately.
