You can savor an simple walk to multiple eateries and stores.The condo was entirely remodeled in 2014-2015. Our family lived in the condo from 2018-2020, and did further updates.The first floor has a family room and kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There are 2 decks with ocean vistas. There is parking for 4 cars in the carport. Please come and appreciate South Lumina Escape. We take reservations all year, but during the summer months we have a seven nighttime minimum. You can rent from a Friday to Friday during the summer months. During the off season, reservations are very flexible, but require a 3 nighttime minimum.
