Two of the bedrooms are studio units in the back of the home. They have their own separate entrances designed to be extremely private standalone units, but also connected to rest of the home with hotel style double doors. Must go through others bedrooms to get to the front of the home or walk outside around to the front.

NO PARTYING, heavy drinking, rough-housing etc. Low-key guests only including kids and family pets.

Carolina Beach is home to this vacation home. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

Getting the most from your rental home budget:

  • The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Some owners offer promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers often offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.

If your rental property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear about it.
