With the freshly added twin bunk beds, our condo is ideal for a family of 5 or 6. Brand new Tuft and Needle bed in the master feels like home. The full Kitchen has everything you'll need to stay in and prepare a family meal but there are also plenty of eateries within mins. if cooking isn't your thing. Savor the vistas from your private balcony or lounge on the couch and soak in the sounds of the surf. Our private community beach always has tons of space for the family to play games or just stretch out and relax. For the nature lover, Caswell Beach is a Sea Turtle Protected sanctuary and you will see protected nests up and down the beach. Appreciate our arcade style Golden Tee game or bring the clubs and book your tee time as Oak Island Public Golf Course is short walk across the street.. The striking Oak Island lighthouse is a sight to see and just 2 miles from the condo. Or head in the other direction to the western tip of the island to snap that ideal photo of the summer sunset at The Point. Don’t forgot to get your shopping in at historic South Port just a 15 drive over the bridge.Our guests get the use of 2 beach bicycles, body board, 4 beach chairs, bocce ball and sand toys.

Please remember that due to COVID-19, certain activities and establishments may be closed, operating on limited hours or operating with restrictions as the state is still working through the phases of reopening. Please note that we have a regular coffee maker as well as a single cup serve coffee maker so bring coffee supplies for whichever you prefer! There is a dining room table as well as a breakfast bar with additional seating. The living room has sliding glass doors leading to the deck and cable TV as well as a DVD player. There is a selection of books, board games, cards, magazines and DVDs in the living room for your enjoyment during your stay. Fisher and the NC Aquarium. - Downtown Wilmington and ILM Airport only 45 mins away!Other Things to Note:We also supply the following for each property: A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you.
