You can sleep 6 upstairs and 6 downstairs; each unit has a full kitchen, own washer and dryer and has separate entrances. The upstairs unit is the lap of luxury with quartz, hardwoods and stainless steel. It has 2 bedrooms (each with a king bed and flat screen tvs), a pull out couch in family room with tv and 2 full baths. The street level unit (great for someone who does not want to climb steps) has 2 bedrooms (one king and one queen each with flat screen tvs), a pull out couch in the family room with a tv and 1.5 baths. This street level, smoke-complimentary bungalow is great for someone who does not like to climb up and down steps. Access from one unit to the other is from the outside front or back steps. This elegant bungalow sleeps 10 but, with pull out couches can sleep 12 (additional fee applied). The entire home would be ideal for two families who want to be near each other but, have their own space.Cavernous living and dining areas. Each has two rocking chairs on each level and each has it owns swing. The shared backyard is a dream. It has a handsome outdoor 48x20 deck that has a hand- constructed table that seats 12 and a gas grille for entertaining. Again, appreciate a warm cleanse in one of the two outdoor showers that are supplied for you when you return from the beach. The backyard is surrounded by a 6 foot privacy fence and has been freshly landscaped- it really is an getaway. We lived in this cute historic home for over a year and appreciated it! If you're looking for new and ideal, this is not it. It is a cool old home in a neat location. In the morning, you can walk to breakfast at Jesters Cafe and take a peaceful walk at nighttime to the riverfront or historic downtown with eateries and bars. Private second floor duplex-walk to downtown (10min walk) -near a Jester's breakfast-back deck-Wrightsville beach 20 min-Carolina beach 30 min. The outside of the home reminds us of our visits to New Orleans, and so we decorated this space in honor of The Garden District. Savor the pleasant garden vibes with plenty of natural light, the outfitted kitchen with gas stove, comfortable and cute spindle bed, and your own private back deck with lush vegetation. You'll receive access codes for the front door and your door. After you walk through the front door, your next entrance is on the second floor. The front door has a keypad deadbolt. The second entrance has a key pad door handle. This is a 2nd floor duplex in a giant old 1920s Victorian style home. We decided to decorate it like A Garden! We hope you appreciate it!
