Big primary king bedroom on the first floor with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Three bedrooms on the second floor including a double bunk bedroom for kids. Also, the home has an entertainment room with a projector. Outdoor shower for those sandy beach days. Savor coffee while watching the sunrise on the porches on each level of the home. The home includes 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon, and beach toys to use for little ones. Welcome to heaven! Close to all that Carolina Beach has to offer! Walk to the beach (3-5 mins), the greenway (5 mins), the lake, eateries, the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, and the local ice cream places! 5-min. walk to the handsome greenway which goes through Carolina Beach and ends at a park with playsets, skate park, and ball fields. Just a short drive to Fort Fisher, The NC Aquarium, and the ferry to Southport. Elegant, 2 bedroom 2 bath, family owned top floor condo. Our condo is ocean front with a elegant view of the Atlantic. Appreciate your morning coffee watching the sunrise and listening to the waves. You can also appreciate watching boats go in canal from the deck off the master bedroom. When you head to the beach savor our private beach access. When you are ready to discover we are a short walk (1/2 mile tops) to the board walk and tons of great eateries.

This space is the bottom floor of our home. It is a separate living space from the top two floors of the home. The owners live upstairs so you may see them coming and going. The bottom floor is very roomy and located in the heart of beautiful Carolina Beach. Only 7 blocks to the beach and a walking path which is at the end of the driveway. Close to boat ramps, state parks, beaches and the Cape Fear River. Only persons on the reservation are allowed on the property, also there are no events or events. There is a ring doorbell. Extra guest fee after 2 guests. Please book the space with the correct amount of guest. AC is remotely set using Ecobee.

If your truck is too big, or you need more than one space we can get you a parking pass. Laundry:There is an on site laundry facility. We try and keep soaps in there in case you need some. The machines and the laundry room are shared with the other guests but are seldom in use. This oceanfront properties direct beach access is closed due to beach erosion.In front of the condo you will see limited beach space. This is due to beacherosion. Beach Access is currently Sand Fiddler Street/Periwinkle Street or CarolinaBeach Pier on the left side when facing the pier from the street. The pool is located across the street in between the Courtyard at Seascapebuildings. There is also a charcoal grille outside the fenced in pool area forguest use. (You must provide your own charcoal.) There is overflow parking with valid parking passes across the street at anyCourtyard at Seascape property. Parking passes and pools key are left in the condo for guest use. Please make sure your parking pass is placed in your car immediately afterarrival to avoid towing.
