This gorgeous one bedroom / one bath bungalow is the ideal little hideaway! It is located in the harbor village of Bald Head Island and located directly on the bulk head facing the marina. The vistas are one of a kind! Savor spectacular sunsets or watch the boats pull into the marina. Our bungalow includes a queen bed and 2 twin cots that are additional comfortable if the kiddos decide to join! Your four legged kids are welcome too! The island is very pet friendly and we welcome them as our guests as well.

About the Area

Located in Bald Head Island, this cottage is on the waterfront. Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Carolina Beach Boardwalk are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To get the best value, consider changing your group's vacation to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer great weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Brunswick area vacation!   • To ensure that no damages are linked to your family's stay, inspect for any problem areas upon your arrival. Call the property manager right away to relay any issues. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be helpful.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome visitors bothering your life at home. Employ the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would've not otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • On check-out day, complete a walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
