This striking one bedroom / one bath bungalow is the ideal little hideaway! It is located in the harbor village of Bald Head Island and located directly on the bulk head facing the marina. The vistas are one of a kind! Savor spectacular sunsets or watch the boats pull into the marina. Our bungalow includes a queen bed and 2 twin cots that are additional comfortable if the kiddos decide to join! Your four legged kids are welcome too! The island is very pet friendly and we welcome them as our guests as well.

About the Area

Located in Bald Head Island, this cottage is on the waterfront. Oak Island Golf Club and Founders Club at St. James Plantation are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Carolina Beach Boardwalk are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

• Summer months are the most expensive season in the Brunswick area area. To find the best rental within budget, we highly recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Brunswick area attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
• Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
