Full sized W/D and completely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, enormous cavernous dining & living area overlooks the marina, ocean and the boardwalk! Terrific trifecta! Watch the fireworks every Thursday nighttime FRONT SEAT off your private balcony!

Parking is located in the parking garage under the home. Rent bicycles, golf carts, drive within 10 mins. or less to Historic Fort Fisher, NC Aquarium. Downtown Wilmington is about 15-25 mins. away (depending on traffic!).

Family Animals are acceptable with one time pet fee of $75. The area around this unit can get busy in summer months from the amusement park across the street and restaurant below.

Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Halyburton Park and Carolina Beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.
