First thing in the morning, relax on the ocean-view deck and listen to calming waves crashing in the distance as you take in the sunrise. Afterwords, meander to the beach looking for sea shells or catch the site of dolphins breaking the surface just off shore. When you are ready to soak up rays, it's only a short walk to some of the best beach on the island. The pools are conveniently located for ease of a fast cool dip. Getting hungry? There are eateries and take out options located very near the condo. Also, the walk is only 10 mins. to the acclaimed Carolina Beach Boardwalk with shopping, eateries, hot fresh donuts, and other fun for all ages.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the waterfront. Federal Point History Center and Ocean Front Park are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Brunswick area restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.

  • Re-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
