Club Villas's two-bedroom suites feature one Queen and one Double bed in each bedroom. All bedrooms come with their own cavernous bathroom attached. The Villa offers a living room with a separate dining area, a entirely equipped kitchen (including a range, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher, standard coffee maker, and Keurig), washer/dryer, plus a screened porch overlooking the resort's natural surroundings and Maples #10 hole. All guests must sign an Affordable Grand Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Extensive Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Substantial Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.
