The resort pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st. (The pool may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.)

Community washer and dryers are located on floors 2-10 and are available on a first come first serve basis.

Parking instructions:
2 parking passes included. 1 assigned spot and 1 overflow spot. No additional parking passes can be supplied due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars must park in paid public parking.

**Renovations for the deck railings are underway until Memorial Day. Construction noise will be taking place Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Please note NO REFUNDS will be issued. We apologize for any inconvenience and noise this may cause during your stay and enjoy your understanding.**

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes.   • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Booking websites often offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Look for your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, visitor guides contain deals for nearby restaurants, attractions, and tours.

  • Double-check the property to make sure that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.

If your property and/or property manager was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise.
