Summary:
At The Oasis Oceanfront you can be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the waves & wake to the spectacular sunrise over the Atlantic on your private balcony and you're only steps away from a fun filled day of toes in the sand! This adorable and freshly refreshed 2 bed/ 2 bath condo is centrally located to all things that Pleasure Island has to offer: fishing, boating, cycling, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. There are many extraordinary eateries, eclectic drinking holes and coffee stores too!

The Space:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

Getting Around:
- Free parking at condo

-Walk, bicycle, public parking at beaches and in town

-Bicycle and golf cart units are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations.

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

Other Things to Note:
There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach, is home to this condo. Ocean Front Park and Federal Point History Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Four Hounds Distilling. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.

• Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. .

• Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are out, just like you would at home.
• Double-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
• Did your group have a wonderful time? Most rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
