This property is a striking townhouse in the North end, within walking distance of the pier, and features an open concept main level with plenty of natural light. Upstairs, both full bathrooms are freshly painted with new tile floors, toilets, and vanities. There is a deck off both the living room and master bedroom, ideal for sitting with a glass of wine at nighttime and listening to the waves.

Walking up to the main living level will bring you to the kitchen, living room, and dining area. There is a laundry room on the main level that also has a half bath within it. Upstairs, both bedrooms have a full attached bathroom.

The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle.

There is parking for two cars - one in the garage, and one in the driveway. There are also numerous guest spots for the building that are first come first served, so availability of additional parking is not a guarantee.

We supply enough paper products and dish soap to get your trip started.

The property has beach items for your use. There is also a pack and play, kids dishes/cups, puzzles, board games, and toys.

The only security camera on site is a video doorbell.

Tips and Tricks to get the best Brunswick area vacation property experience:

Get the most from your rental budget:

  • Summer time is high season in the Brunswick area area. To get the best value, change your vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer warm temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • The sooner you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your vacation home six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
  • Often, property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Brunswick area area travel guide magazines which often include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Brunswick area visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Planning and choosing the rightrental home:

  • First, have your family agree to vacation dates and a budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and the bed configuration you need. Family friendly townhouse, a short walk to public beach access! has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is regularly available on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, call the host before booking the vacation property. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds. You'll need to establish what is optimal for your group.
  • If there's a certain Brunswick area beach you simply love, search for homes that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Confirm all required amenities are included before booking.
  • If your family is bringing pets, you must reserve a property that allows animals. Get information on breed, size, and type requirements. Some property owners require additional pet deposits and fees.

More considerations for your visit:

  • Get the host's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental property. Put the host's contact information in your smartphone.
  • During check-in, note any damages to the rental property and immediately alert the owner. Record all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, television set or appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent a lot of concerns.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome vacationers disrupting your life at home. Employ the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would have never otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home when you are out, just like you would back home.
  • Just before checking out, complete a walk-through to make sure you have not forget anything. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave a review! Hosts rely on good reviews to compel new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.
