Unwind with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is one block to the beach access but yet it is very calming, peaceful and out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Carolina Beach. If you do want to go downtown to the Carolina Beach boardwalk or the Kure Beach Pier, it is only a short drive or golf cart ride. Each of the 3 Queen bedrooms have their own ensuite bath and another full bath upstairs off of the main living area. Peekaboo ocean vistas and calming palms in this unique condominium spanning 3 floors.
Neighborhood Conveniences: Very peaceful area yet close to Kure Beach Pier (1 mile) and to Carolina Beach Boardwalk (1.5 miles). Simple beach access at the end of Oceanview Avenue which is a 4 min. walk from the front door of the unit. Downtown Wilmington Riverwalk is a 30 min. drive and there are parking garages and some complimentary street parking as well.

The Carolina Beach Boardwalk has a cluster of thrilling rides and attractions to choose from, visitors can indulge in a sense of nostalgia as they spin on the iconic Ferris Wheel or take a ride on the delightfully crafted Carousel. In addition to the rides, visitors can also appreciate mini golf, live music performances on the stage and in the eateries or take in the complimentary fireworks shows that light up the summer sky over the Atlantic. (Weekly during the peak months of May to September). Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a destination that will leave a lasting impression on you and your family and a must see when visiting the area.
A highly anticipated event each year is the Carolina Beach Music Festival, which features live performances from iconic beach music bands. Every Saturday around the Carolina Beach Lake you will find various artists and vendors with handmade goods for sale or flea market style sales going on during the summer months. In the winter months there are also places you should not miss like the Fat Pelican bar or Soul Flavor restaurant. When the tourist season is not upon us, island eateries have off season deals. What a great way to try the exceptional cuisine that the island offers!
Kure Beach offers the Kure Beach fishing pier as well as the pier shop and various eateries and bars. You can fish 24 hours a day from the pier and the cost is $8 for one day/rod. Great way to relax!
Carolina Beach State Park is a nature lover's heaven, offering over 8 miles of hiking and cycling trails that wind through its diverse habitats. Visitors can witness the striking natural beauty of the park, such as sandy beaches, salt marshes, and the protected forested areas. The park is home to a wide range of wildlife, as well as unique plant life and wildflowers.
Fort Fisher (Blakeslee Air Force Recreation Area) is a must visit if coming to the area. It is full of complimentary historical exhibits and has the only park that accepts four-wheel drive beach access that makes it trendy for surf fishing. Hiking trails are also fashionable whether you hike the beach which is 5 miles one way or the Basin trail which is 1.1 miles one way. This is also home to the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and is open 7 days a week year-round. You can also catch the ferry from Fort Fisher and take it over to Southport or discover the beaches of Oak Island. There is so much to do, even in the off season, that it is worth a visit.
