Striking home constructed in 2020 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This home is located on the west end of Holden Beach with the beach access at less than 3 min. walk away.
Savor the private pool with tons of sun and shade for the whole family to savor. Pool can be heated for a modest fee. Picnic table, deck chairs, gas grille, enclosed hot and cold shower.
The completely supplied kitchen makes cooking meals convenient and painless. Appreciate the water view while preparing meals and doing dishes.
The 3 bedrooms and living space have intelligent TVs and ceiling fans. The open floor plan accepts the family to spend quality time together.
