This home is located 1.1 miles, a 5-7 min. drive, from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and is next to the State Park and Island Greenway. Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom and a half bath dedicated to the living and kitchen/dining areas. Proximity to Dow Rd and Old Dow Rd accepts for an simple drive to most places on the island and fast access to one of the local grocery stores.

Sticking to your spending plan:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.   • Respect the neighborhood. Often, nearby homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
