Get the most from your budget:

  • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Brunswick area area. To get the most suitable rental home for your budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Brunswick area attractions.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
