How to get the best rental value:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Bald Head Island. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties.
  • In the Brunswick area area, The earlier you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
