This pretty home is located on a side street, off the beaten path, with vistas of both the ocean and the golf course. Recently remodeled with a redesigned kitchen, new bathrooms and impressive new floors.
The roomy master suite has a king bed and adjoining bathroom. A second master upstairs has a king bed and a striking view of the 9th fairway. From the attached covered porch you can see past Swan Quarter to the ocean in the distance.
The third bedroom, considered the kids room, contains a pair of bunk beds. The additional room is a combination office suite by day and a bedroom by nighttime with a pullout bed that doubles as a couch. For those who can't leave work at home, there's a desk and work area. The outside has it all - screened porch, covered porch and open deck for sunbathing.

Finding your best deal:

  • Summer time is high season in the Brunswick area area. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties.
  • In the Brunswick area area, The earlier you can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.   • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
