This is the only private, gated community building on the boardwalk with an elevator and covered parking, located next to the Hampton Inn.

Walk or ride your bicycle to basically ANYTHING in CB! Guests using one bedroom suites are allowed one paper parking pass. There is first come first serve, covered parking under the building and if that is full, there are two tons across the street marked with a Cabana Owners and guests sign. There is a paid parking lot between the two cabana tons.

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses.
