The inverted floor plan of this exquisitely decorated Hobbs Intelligent Home will amaze you with expansive vistas of the ocean and marsh. This beautiful home features 6 bedrooms (2K, 3Q, 4T). Oceanfront living area with flat-screen TV, sizable dining area, and sunroom that places you right over the beach! A handsome oceanside swimming pool is open from Easter to October. Two covered porches, a sundeck, and a unique Tiki bar offer a gracious exterior living space. Cable TV in all bedrooms and Amish Country outdoor furnishings for porches, decks, and pool area.

This home is near an inlet and beachfront and the distance to the beach and ocean are subject to change. Due to high tides and forces of nature, tidal pools may exist in natural settings on the island. Oceanfront properties in close proximity to an ocean inlet are subject to rapid and substantial changes in dune structure and distance to the beach strand.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

The owner of this home privately arranges their own cleaning and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.

Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Holden Beach and Big Beach reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun.   • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
