The Space:
This impressive beach home is the ideal gathering spot to kick back and relax in the sunshine! You can spend your day calming by the relaxing pool, or walk right across the street to appreciate the ocean waves. Blue Heaven has the ideal layout to accomodate a sizable family, 20 people to be exact. With 1 king bed, 6 queen beds, 2 sets of bunk beds beds, and 1 sleeper couch. 

Main floor - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

Bedroom 1 : 1 queen bed with private bathroom

Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds with Jack & Jill bathroom (connects to bedroom 3)

Bedroom 3: 2 queen beds with Jack & Jill bathroom (connects to bedroom 2)

Top floor - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom off of hallway)

Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed

Bedroom 5: 1 king bed with private bathroom

Bedroom 6: 2 sets of bunk beds & a pull out couch

This home is pet friendly and has a heated pool! If you are bringing your pet, please let us know as the pet fee is $175/pet, and the pool heating fee is $100/nighttime. Thank you!

*Please note the 5% management fee of the total reservation amount is non-returnable after booking*

We charge $100/day to heat the pool. During the winter months, please note that we are unable to guarantee the pool heater will reach a temperature that is completely satisfying. The highest the heater can go is 86°F, and there’s also a risk of the pipes being too cold to turn on the heater. If temperatures drop below 30°F, we are unable to activate it.
