Attractively decorated 3 bedroom/3 bath beach home. Inverted floor plan. Appreciate ocean and waterway vistas from the top deck. Close private beach access with walkway at end of street, about 100 yards away located between 1071 & 1073 OBW. Screened porch and covered decks, charcoal grille. Fifty-inch flat screen TV in living room plus TVs in all bedrooms. Generous outside shower to rinse off those “Sandy Toes”!

Bed linens supplied (Beds in bedrooms only) for weekly units. No Towels included can be rented.

You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers typically offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.
