Three Seas at the Beach is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse constructed in 2021 with bespoke finishes throughout. This property is an simple 4 min. walk to the beach. You will see a pride of ownership throughout this home, which is extremely well maintained and in superb condition. We hope you feel welcome when you stay!

The Space:
Appreciate the reverse floor plan with the kitchen and living room on the top level! Two private patios allow you to appreciate the fresh ocean breeze! Close to most everything on the island, and you'll appreciate the proximity to the beach!

All Going Coastal properties include bed linens, bathing towels, and paper products. Please bring your own beach gear, or we can recommend our favorite local vendors for units.

Three Seas is centrally located to access all outdoor activities "Pleasure Island" has to offer fishing, boating, cycling, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. Many spectacular eateries, eclectic drinking holes and coffee stores + Historic Ft. Fisher and the NC Aquarium. Check out Carolina Beach’s new mural project too! Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach, is home to this vacation home. Getting the most from your rental budget:

• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
• Booking websites usually offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses.
