Ohana Tides is a exceptional, freshly modernized oceanfront beach home with an inverted floor plan, an elevator for guest use, open living and dining area with a wall of windows showcasing broad ocean vistas and partial marsh vistas as well! Remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, upsized sink and quartz countertops, with all new appliances and dining for 14 people. All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms are oceanfront. Home also has TVs and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, WIFI, Expanded cable service, a pack 'n play, high chair and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Outdoor amenities include front and back decks, covered porch, picnic table, enclosed shower with hot/cold water, and a foot shower. Brand new outdoor entertaining area with huge heated pool (pool heater with surcharge). Pool has a 13 foot WATER SLIDE!! Pool heated in the off season @ $100 per day. Outdoor kitchen with gas grille and island sink. Plenty of outdoor sitting space, dining and outdoor lighting. Volleyball court or multiple purpose area for corn hole, horse shoes, etc. Come savor a spectacular beach vacation with all the conveniences of home!

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a max. of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.***

About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. With jet skiing, kayaking, and surfing/body boarding nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

When to reserve a Brunswick area rental home & When to go:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in the Brunswick area area. To get the best rental home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Brunswick area attractions. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses.
