PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). User error will result in a service charge. No kids are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

The pool is open year round. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 - Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at nighttime due to timers.
*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31, NO EXCEPTIONS*

If your *check in date* is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole home linen and towel rental fee. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be included per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT supplied in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $220 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

​​​​​​​We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Ingram Planetarium and Planet Fun. Magic Mountain Fun Park and Inlet Point Plantation are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Sticking to a spending budget:

• In the Brunswick area area, The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your vacation property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
• Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. Booking in Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a discount.
• Property managers often offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
• Often, property management companies supply Brunswick area area visitor guide magazines which include special deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Brunswick area area magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
