New in 2021… covered oceanside deck, sundeck, boardwalk with benches! Also, broad remodel of pool and grille area. Prior to purchasing this home in 2019 the current owners were beach front home renters on Holden Beach for 17 years. Knowing personally what visitors want and deserve in a beach rental, the owners are committed to make this comfortable, cozy home very special inside and outside. Wood and ceramic floors throughout. Great room features classic wood walls, a towering cathedral ceiling, and striking ocean view. Kitchen, with granite countertops, is completely supplied and has ALL refreshed appliances. Also, updated bathrooms, extensive landscaping, and park style patio grille. Covered ocean side deck, roomy covered street side porch, and a swimming pool contribute to the ideal family vacation.

Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Bath Mats are supplied for Weekly Units only. No Towels included but can be rented.

About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Holden Beach and Big Beach. Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, kayaking, and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
