Cozy bungalow in the maritime forest (Merrytime Forest). Private community pool can only be used by Ibis Roost families and their guests (30 homes). Two NEW golf carts included for Summer 2019. Bald Head Island Club available as an option…simply arrange directly with the club (use of the pool, eateries, & exercise center are complimentary, with a modest fee for tennis courts and marvelous golf course for cart and green fee). Full sized Weber gas grille, elegantly decorated. Linens and towels, furnished (except beach towels). Five(5) bicycles available. Beach chairs, umbrella...too!

Bald Head Island is home to this vacation home. Smith Island Museum of History and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Brunswick area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• In the Brunswick area area, The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved very early. Booking your rental six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
