At Island Treasure you will be able to catch the sunrise over the Atlantic from your balcony and the beach is just steps away from your private beach access! Unwind in the living room while taking in the view from wall to wall windows of water vistas! Appreciate the roomy 3B/4B home that is decorated both elegantly and comfortably! Wonderful location close to eateries, shopping, coffee stores and more! You'll have a great time and a calming vacation at Island Treasure!

The Space:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay

Other Things to Note:
There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Carolina Beach is home to this vacation home. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

How to book the best Carolina Beach vacation property experience:

Find your best deal:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Booking in Spring or Fall is a great way to save on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
• Look for your local Brunswick area visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local information, visitor guides have discounts for nearby tours and attractions.

Use filters to narrow your rental search:

• Choose a designated group leader, select your trip dates, and choose a max budget.
• Determine how many beds and the bed configuration you need. Island Treasure, CB Oceanfront Retreat has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
• Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is generally available on booking websites. If they are not listed, reach out to the property management company before reserving your home. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches.
• If there's a specific Brunswick area beach you simply love, search for homes that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
• Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before booking.
• Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional fees or costs might be applied to your contract.

More tips for your stay:

• Be sure you get the host's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental property.
• Upon check-in, record any damages to the property and immediately alert the owner. Keep records of all coorespondence.
• Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, television set or WIFI setup. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call prevents a lot of concerns.
• Be a good neighbor. Often, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
• Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
• Lock your rental home while you're out. Keep your property safe!
• On check-out day, take a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
• Did your family have a fantastic stay? Most rental websites make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
