Great family beach home with handsome ocean vistas! “Jackson's Corner" (duplex) has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, outside shower, amazing decks with unobstructed ocean vistas! Beach access is yards away. This beach hideaway will comfortably sleep 8, or book both units and sleep 16! Spend time calming on one of the 2 front porch swings appreciating the vistas and sounds of the ocean! Conveniences include dishwasher, washer/dryer, wi-fi internet, charcoal grille, central heat/air, outside shower, 2 ocean facing decks, and much more! Walk to many Oak Island amenities including Food Lion, Dairy Queen, and multiple eateries!

**You are responsible for bringing your own towels and linens for 3 Queens, 1 Double to comfortably sleep 8 people.

**Animals allowed - please note dogs will not be able to go to the 2nd floor unless they are modest enough to be carried due to the spiral staircase. No family pets on the furnishings!!

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To get the largest rental home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Brunswick area attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Booking websites often offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Re-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all belongings at departure. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent ratings to propel future reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your experience find their best rental home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to solve it.
