Located among trees on the Intracoastal Waterway, this rental, freshly added in spring of 2023, sits near the western tip of Oak Island, features a private dock and is dog-friendly to friendly dogs. Sit on the screened porch with your morning cup of coffee and appreciate the ideal hideaway spot to really rest; soak in the calming sounds of nature and relax in the salty breeze. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a modest flat screen TV, and the final bedroom has two double beds and a sizable wall-mounted flat screen TV.

The ground floor provides plenty of additional space for entertaining with two separate seating areas, each with their own TV, and a wet bar. A double futon is available for additional sleeping space, and a full-sized bathroom adds to the convenience of this space. The laundry facilities are also located on this level.

On the back of the ground level is a screened patio area to be able to enjoy the coastal landscape and avoid pesky bugs. An additional dining table accepts for dining al fresco. Or let your dog roam in the three-sided fenced-in yard while you relax on the shaded upper deck watching boats coast by on the Intercoastal Waterway.
