This little gem (Sunskipper B3) is on the first floor (12 steps up) and very close to the beach. Has partial ocen vistas from the private balcony. Short walk to public beach access. Pool is just behind the building (usually open April thru Oct) Freeman Park & Carolina Beach Pier are only 2 blocks to north. The boardwalk is ~ 1 mile south. Queen bed in the bedroom and full futon in the living area. Both have great memory foam. 1.5 baths and minimalist configuration is ideal for couples, modest families, and girl's trips! Washer and dryer. Wifi w/ roku + cable. Linens, towels and paper products included. We have owned our little gem since 1995 and take very good care of it. We thoroughly clean and sanitize it ourselves after each visit. No family pets, events or smoking please!

This is the best deal around in so many ways My condos are so calming. Drinking coffee, watching the sunrise over the ocean. Short walk across the street to the decked beach access. Pool right out back Tiki Bar and over ocean dining across the street too. I also have complimentary boardwalk/center of town, parking at another property, i own. No other owner can offer that. I have multiple references, from my many repeat guests. I lost my dear husband way too young to cancer, a few years ago. Had it not been for my dear repeat guests, staying in our condos, I would have not been able to keep our home. I was just overwhelmed with grief, and medical bills etc. A lot of my guests, are more like old friends returning now. I hope to add you tothat list of happy guests. This bungalow was my grandmothers. It was constructed in 1940. It is well appreciated. It has been refreshed with multiple new appliances, a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Flat screen intelligent TV's are mounted in the living room and both bedrooms ready for you to log in with your streaming services or local channels with the antennas. Wifi is supplied. It has a new Ashley sectional couch. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen beds. Linens and towels are included. There are great lake vistas from back screened porch. The front porch is also screened.
