There is a queen bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in each of the other guest rooms. The living area is comfortably furnished with a queen sleeper couch. I LOVE the balcony overlooking Front Street. Talk about just sitting back, calming, people watching, and being able to appreciate the bustle from above. Guest accessEntire Place. Quiet hours 10p-8a. No events. Family Animals welcome! (I charge a flat fee of $100 just mark that you are bringing your pup and Vacation Rental By Owner will automatically add the fee). No parking spaces for my loft. I park in the lot behind the building ($13/day) and sometimes find street parking right in front . There are multiple decks around and I just unload in the front (if space accepts) and then I move my car. Street parking is complimentary from 6:30pm-9:00am Monday through Saturday and complimentary on Sunday. There is a walk up! One flight of stairs, no elevator.Sleeps 6 means: Two beds (one queen, one king) and one queen air bed. As my spot is so cavernous it comfortably sleeps 6. There is a couch as well which you could always do one on the couch and one on the air bed, I guess it would depend on who draws the short straw in your event or who isn't paying haha. Please disclose all overnight guests so we can set up accordingly. I have a similar unit (more modern in style) exactly adjacent to this unit, within same walk up.
