Our "Beach Daze" duplex lower unit offers a fenced in yard for your furry family members and kids! 5 blocks from beach in a friendly, laid-back, peaceful neighborhood. Dog park and walking trail is close by. This 2 bedroom lower (bottom) unit of the home offers a full kitchen with island, dining area and full bathroom. The fence area for each unit is separated so no need to worry about your family pets. If you have a enormous group of people traveling together, we might be able to host the group by renting both upstairs and downstairs units if they are both available at the time.NOTE: No events or events allowed. Our villa includes cable and wireless internet. Packing for vacation is a bear. Those sandy beach chairs, body boards, and beach umbrella not to mention the beach toys and games. Leave them at home! We provide beach chairs, beach toys, wagon to haul everything to the beach and a grille. Your kids have room in the car to spread out now!Upon entering the condo, you will savor the attractively furnished and professionally decorated villa. The kitchen is equipped with the home prepare in mind. Our villa has access to an elevator and outdoor shower. You have full access to the storage bin on the parking level.Where's the beach?: Getting to the beach is painless, only a three min. walk to the beach. You can see the surf from the front porch. The beach club is a five min. walk from the villa. It includes an ocean front pool and kiddie pool as well as a Tiki Bar and full service restaurant. There is also beach access at the pool and you have full use of the parking facilities, you want to drop kids and gear off. In the evening, appreciate the lagoon view from the back deck. Golf or tennis anyone? The tennis courts are on site and part of the Islander Resort. Golf - more than enough courses to choose from.Myrtle Beach is just a 45 min. drive and you can have all the shopping, eateries, and attractions that you want. There is a dishwasher and a full size washing machine and dryer.Five bedrooms total: the 3 bedrooms downstairs include upgraded luxury pillowtop beds and Serta memory foam cooling pillows. The primary bedroom has a queen and full bath. Bedroom 2 has a king bed with a reading nook and a intelligent TV. Bedroom 3 has 2 fulls and a intelligent TV. Bathroom 2 includes a full bathtub + shower combination. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one with 2 singles, and the other has a daybed with a pull out trundle and a sitting area with: TV, dvd player, games, and an XBOX. You can also play on the soccer or baseball field or take the little ones to the splash pad. If you like to fish, it's a great place to surf fish right out your back door, head 2 miles to the pier, or try your luck on the inter-coastal waterway. There are 30 golf courses within a 45 min. drive of the island. 15 mins. away is Southport which has been voted the "Happiest Coastal Town" in the US and has great shopping and eateries. Our guests say this is a hidden gem in historic downtown Wilmington! This one-bedroom suite features a private bath, kitchen, and temporary membership to Wilmington's exclusive City Club. Appreciate a comfortable living room complete with desk, couch and Roku TV. Sleep in the luxury king-sized bed and relax in the enormous hottub tub or stand-up shower.Please note that the fireplaces are not functional, as they are many years old and just not safe. We hope to have them back for winter 2025.Also, we no longer provide parking with the stay.
