It’s across the street from the Food Lion and not fancy but great vegetables and food. Duffers is at the Oak Island Country Club, is delicious and only 2 mins. away. We would also highly recommend you going to Southport for numerous extraordinary eateries there that are very “hole in the wall” but completely classic. That would include Fishy Fishy, Provisions, Mr. P. and Oliver’s. This is for the local seafood. And, plan on walking around the older parts of Southport because it is really striking. Many older homes have survived all the hurricanes for some marvelous reason. And it’s charming. Finest of all, appreciate some healing relaxation in this glorious natural setting.
