Totally remodeled in early 2022, this is the absolute best condo in Driftwood Villas. Boasting a spectacular view of the ocean, fireworks and main street buzz! Just a short walk to everything CB has to offer- eateries, bars, ocean, greenway, farmers market at the lake, and the boardwalk. You literally will not find a better spot to be! You will appreciate staying here because of the amenities, the refreshed space, and the view!
Please no golf carts on the property, as they will be towed. This property is located on the third floor with no elevator.

  • In the Brunswick area area, The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your vacation home up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Brunswick area area. To find the best vacation home for your budget, we recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Re-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
