TVs have streaming channels supplied or you can sign into your own. WiFi. Brand new kitchen with all of the cookware, place settings and silverware you need. Stacked washer & dryer in the unit. Jacuzzi in the master bedroom. Storage closet for your beach items at ground level.

The building -
We have a great pool and deck area with chairs. You'll be on the beach, and close to the famed Ocean Isle Beach Pier. You'll be within walking distance to stores, eateries, bars, bicycle units, a surf shop, and the Museum of Coastal Carolina.

More information -
Bring own sheets and towels. Also bring a kitchen dishcloth and towel, and a bathroom floormat. I can give you the name of a linen service that will deliver. I will provide a starter kit of paper towels and toilet paper - you'll have to buy more for longer stays. I'll give you a list of what we have so you know what to expect!

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this condo is near theme parks and on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Get the most from your rental budget:

Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
Reserve your vacation home in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds in living rooms.
Are you bringing the family pet? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional fees or charges might be applied to your invoice.

Inspect the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
