The Sunsetter sits right across the bridge onto Wrightsville Beach overlooking Banks Channel and is just steps from the beach.  It has been uniquely remodeled with one of a kind finishes and tasteful interior design, paying homage to the building's history while bringing it up to date with a Malibu surf style feel!  It has quickly become one of Wrightsville Beach’s most exclusive stays with its biggest attraction being the nearly 800sq.ft. completely turfed private rooftop deck.

Paid parking is enforced from 03/01-10/31, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily at the rate of $5.00 per hour.

Find your perfect rental:

  • The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Reserving your vacation home six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • Book your Brunswick area rental property in Fall or Spring months to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • Some property management companies offer rate reductions for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Booking websites often offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.   • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is almost always accessible online. If you don't see them listed, email or call the host before reserving the rental. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds and bunks.
  • If your family is traveling with pets, you'll need to book a rental that allows animals. Ask for information on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Usually, property managers charge additional pet fees.
  • Looking for unique amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find your ideal rental.

Advice for your stay:

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a wonderful stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
