**This is a seasoned condo, but we are the new owners! We are so excited to give you the absolute best experience at Carolina Beach.**

This is a 500 sq ft unit 2 rows from the beach. Walk out of your condo and down to the beach, the boardwalk, the market or the bar. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and the pullout couch has an additional full size memory foam pull out. Two twin size bunk beds available. Stunning freshly modernized top to bottom bathroom and newer LVP floor!
The space
Two bunk beds to sleep additional guests (weight capacity is 180 lbs on top bunk).

Unit professionally cleaned and sanitized between each visit.
Guest access
Can use entire condo and patio space, downstairs picnic and prepare area, pool across the street and storage unit with bicycle racks downstairs.
Other things to note
Guests are not allowed to have any animals on premises.

Late checkout of over an hour can result in a fine of one nighttime stay.

Carolina Beach is home to this condo. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Halyburton Park and Carolina Beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.
