We hope you appreciate this calming home away from home. If you’re lucky you’ll catch a glimpse of the horses in the neighboring yard while calming on the screened-in back porch!

Located ~15-20 mins. drive from Wrightsville Beach, UNCW, and the Mayfaire shopping area (depending on traffic); 5 mins. to downtown Wilmington (live oak pavilion/cape fear amphitheater) and the ILM airport, and about 30-40 mins. to Carolina Beach.

Get the best rental home value:

  • Summer is high season in Wilmington. To find the best vacation home within your budget, we recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Brunswick area restaurants, beaches, and activities.
  • The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
  • Some property managers offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses.
